Vexp

Vexp is a local-first reliability layer for AI coding agents. It indexes code into a dependency graph stored in local SQLite and feeds agents only the code that matters, reducing token usage. When an agent finishes a task, Horizon mechanically verifies the work against the same graph. It runs entirely on the user's machine with no network calls and no account required.
