From the maker
I built this because I want to promote my products / apps to Facebook groups that ARE already related to the stuff that I am selling, aka "lead generation". I've been utilizing Facebook groups for the past few years (like since 2012?) for selling smartphones, gym supplements, and a bunch of other stuff. The way that you can post in bulk to multiple groups is via Meta Business Center App but it's only limited to 9 groups, and only exists as a SHARE function like there's no scheduling or analytics. My Chrome Extension fixes this problem, go ahead and try it!
