What it is
Dang.ai is an AI tools directory that has run since 2022. Free listings are exchanged for a backlink; paid packages remove that requirement and speed up review.
Who it is best for
AI products whose makers are comfortable linking to dang.ai from their own site, or who want a four-day paid review.
How to submit
- Create an account and choose a package on the submit page.
- Free: add a crawlable backlink to dang.ai on your site. The listing stays active only while that backlink remains live.
- Basic ($49): no backlink required, four-day review, up to two categories and a featured badge.
- Complete the listing details and images before checkout.
Free vs paid
| Option | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Backlink (free) | $0 | Crawlable backlink to dang.ai required, one category, up to 4 weeks' review |
| Basic | $49 | No backlink, 4-day review, up to two categories, featured badge |
| Pro | $30 + $19/month | 2-day review, four categories, featured-first placement, newsletter feature |
Dofollow or nofollow?
Dang.ai's submit page does not say whether its links to your site are dofollow, so this guide makes no claim.
Our check, 2026-09-30: Not verified: product links load client-side, so we make no claim.
Tips
- The free listing depends on your link: remove the dang.ai backlink and the listing is no longer active.
- Pro can hide the "alternative tools" block on your listing, which otherwise sends visitors to competitors.
